Taskbar apps are not aligned with app drawer icon in Dex

Ever since I updated to UI 7 my taskbar has been looking like this. I waited a bit to see if there would be any UI bug fixes, but I am yet to see any. I was hoping if anyone knows about any customization options I can do to realign all the icons.
