Samsung cloud showing server error and Samsung account incorrect area code

So have two issues. I have the galaxy book 4 ultra and the Samsung cloud always shows this no matter what Wi-Fi I'm connected to. I Uninstaller reinstalled repair terminate reset the app.
 
Samsung account under add your phone does not give US +1 area code as an option.
 
I tried calling geek squad and Samsung care plus premium then in the Samsung store they said they cannot help. So now my pc is at geek squad. I noticed best buys galaxy book had the same account issue but cloud worked. 
 
Any suggestions?

Isn't that for phone issues only? Would you have any ideas as to why it's happening?

It is for any Samsung product or issue.  When you get to the feedback section, you choose "others".  I do not know why your computer is having this problem connecting to the Samsung Cloud, but I believe that only Samsung can help you with the issue, not Geek Squad.  I assume that since it's a Galaxy Book, the Members app is installed on it (could be a wrong assumption), if that's the case, then you should also be able to upload your system logs.

Ah my computer is with geeksquad now I'll get it today. But when I choose my laptop on members it doesnt give me an option for a report

What do you mean?  You hit the feedback option, tap the arrow on the lower/mid right, choose your issue (it doesn't list devices), choose "others" and then write your issue, make sure the send log option is checked and hit send.  Don't close the app until the log completely uploads.

I chose others but it's taking system log diag from my phone not pc. Or did you mean use the Samsung members app on pc if there is one?

Because you are accessing it from your phone. If you access it from your laptop, it will collect the laptop log.

Gotcha if geeksquad cant fix it I'll do that. Do you have a galaxy book?

I do not have a Galaxy book.  When I was shopping for my new laptop, I investigated it, but rejected it.
