ComputersIt is for any Samsung product or issue. When you get to the feedback section, you choose "others". I do not know why your computer is having this problem connecting to the Samsung Cloud, but I believe that only Samsung can help you with the issue, not Geek Squad. I assume that since it's a Galaxy Book, the Members app is installed on it (could be a wrong assumption), if that's the case, then you should also be able to upload your system logs.

ComputersWhat do you mean? You hit the feedback option, tap the arrow on the lower/mid right, choose your issue (it doesn't list devices), choose "others" and then write your issue, make sure the send log option is checked and hit send. Don't close the app until the log completely uploads.
